Whether you’re travelling with friends or family, we’ll make sure that you have everything you need during your stay. No need to worry about food shopping: our fruit and vegetable supplier from the Val de Saône can deliver twice a week from Monday to Saturday, for any orders placed before 3pm (local market gardener).
As for décor,, admire the charming and sophisticated interiors of the 5-star tourist accommodation La Ferme de Marguerite, featuring made-to-measure furniture, made in solid wood and hand-painted.
You can also make full use of the leisure facilities at Hotel Lou Granva: an indoor swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a steam room are just 200 metres away via a lakeside footpath.

Les Balcons du Lac gîte

On the first floor of the 5-star tourist accommodation La Ferme de Marguerite, this elegant gîte offers excellent accommodation for multiple guests with a pleasant living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms (large beds, 160x200 cm) with two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a whirlpool bath, and separate toilets. A sofa bed (90x190 cm), which is ideal for a child or a teenager, is also available in the living room.
With a larch balcony overlooking the lake and a pellet stove in the living room, this gîte is perfect for a stay with friends or family.

L’Épicéa gîte:

On the second floor of the 5-star tourist accommodation La Ferme de Marguerite, this charming gîte is ideal for couples and families with an independent bedroom (double bed, 180x200 cm) and a bathroom with a shower, a whirlpool bath and a separate toilet. The gîte also has a large living room with a double sofa bed for children or teenagers and a fully equipped kitchen.
With a ceiling height of 4.5 metres and 4 large skylights, you’ll never lose sight of the Jura region’s clear skies.

Les Tavaillons gîte:

Built over three floors, the cosy Les Tavaillons gîte features a bedroom with disabled access, a private lift and an adapted bathroom. Spacious and comfortable, the gîte has 5 large bedrooms (4 large beds measuring 160x200 cm, two small beds measuring 100x200 cm, a double sofa bed), 5 independent bathrooms, each with a private shower and a toilet, and a whirlpool bath.
With a large living room with a pellet stove and a fully equipped kitchen, this space is perfect for large families and groups of friends.
This gîte can be rented with the Épicéa gîte and connects with it on the second floor.

Choose an inspiring setting for your meetings and seminars
In the heart of the 5-star tourist accommodation La Ferme de Marguerite, enjoy the use of a central room, dating back to the late 1600s. The farmers on this property used to live in this room which now features a large table for 16 people for meetings, seminars or family meals when the entire house is privatised.
Spanning some 40 m2 and located on the ground floor of the building, it’s ideal for your events.

Details and information:
- For any confirmed booking, a rental contract will be sent to you with a request for a deposit
- The entire gîte is completely NON-SMOKING
- Animals are not allowed
- Beds are made on arrival, towels and bathrobes are provided (100% Egyptian percale cotton)

Remember to send us your holiday insurance certificate (compulsory cover; please check with your insurer). This insurance is often included with your home insurance policy. Your insurer will be able to provide you with information about this and issue you with a certificate. This insurance covers you for any damage you may accidentally cause in the rental property (e.g. fire). If you do not have holiday insurance, you must take out cancellation/damage insurance with our partner (form provided).
When sending the booking contract, please sign and date the description and information sheet.
Optional cancellation insurance (3,5% of the total amount of the stay, draw up a cheque separate from the deposit to be made out to Sam Loisirs) must be indicated on the rental contract. Fill in the registration form.
